eSign grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
eSign provides tools that allow users to:
eSign may offer optional AI-powered features, including handwritten signature extraction from images.
These features are intended solely to help users digitize and extract their own handwritten signatures from images they provide. Users must only submit images that they own or are otherwise authorized to use.
Users must not use the AI Signature Extraction feature to reproduce, copy, or extract another person's signature without their knowledge or authorization, or for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose.
While we strive to provide accurate results, AI-generated outputs may occasionally require manual review or adjustment. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any AI-generated or AI-extracted content before using it.
eSign may offer:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple App Store account settings.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Lifetime purchases are one-time purchases that unlock premium features for the lifetime of the application.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
You are responsible for:
eSign provides tools for creating, extracting, and applying signatures and stamps. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any signature, image, or document processed by the application, and for ensuring the accuracy, authenticity, and legal validity of any document signed or modified using eSign.
You agree not to use the application to impersonate another person, forge signatures, infringe the rights of others, or engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity. eSign does not verify ownership of signatures or documents and accepts no responsibility for misuse of the application or content processed through it.
eSign does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that documents signed using the application will be legally enforceable in any jurisdiction.
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features or services at any time without prior notice.
eSign is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the application.
Your use of eSign is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
