Mappy Tasks (“the App”) is developed by an independent developer (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how your information is accessed, collected, and protected.
The App may request access to your device’s location only when you enable the location option for a task. This location information is used locally on your device to center the map view and help you pick a location. Your location is not collected, stored, uploaded, or shared.
If you choose to take a photo for a task, the App may request access to your device’s camera. The camera is used only to capture the photo you choose to attach. We do not access or store any camera data beyond the photo you explicitly save.
The App stores your task information (such as title, notes, date/time, reminder preferences, task coordinates, and any attached photo) in Firebase Firestore. This information is used solely to provide the core functionality of the App and is never sold or shared with third parties.
The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous usage data and crash information. This helps improve the App’s performance and user experience. No personally identifiable information is collected.
