1. نظرة عامة
تطبيق «عزبتي» («التطبيق») يساعدك على تسجيل بيانات إبلك وإدارتها على جهازك. نحترم خصوصيتك، وتوضّح هذه السياسة ما يحدث لبياناتك عند استخدام التطبيق. يقدّمه زياد كامل («نحن»).
الخلاصة: بياناتك تبقى على جهازك. لا نجمعها، ولا نرسلها إلى أي خادم، ولا نبيعها أو نشاركها مع أي جهة.
2. البيانات التي تُدخلها في التطبيق
تدخل بنفسك بيانات المطايا، مثل: الاسم، أسماء الأبوين، تاريخ الولادة، النوع، رقم الشريحة، نوع العزبة، تفاصيل الإيداع (المكان والمودع لديه والتاريخ)، الملاحظات، والصور. تُحفظ هذه البيانات محليًا على جهازك فقط داخل مساحة التطبيق، ولا نملك أي وصول إليها.
3. ما لا نجمعه
- لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل دخول.
- لا نجمع معلومات شخصية، ولا بيانات استخدام، ولا بيانات الموقع، ولا معرّف الجهاز الإعلاني.
- لا نستخدم أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات أو تتبّع، ولا مكتبات خارجية تجمع بيانات.
4. الصور والأذونات
عند إضافة صورة تختارها من مكتبة الصور عبر أداة الاختيار التي يوفّرها النظام، فيحصل التطبيق على الصور التي تحددها فقط، ولا يطّلع على بقية مكتبتك. لا يستخدم التطبيق الكاميرا ولا الموقع ولا جهات الاتصال.
5. النسخ الاحتياطي والاستيراد
يتيح التطبيق تصدير نسخة احتياطية من بياناتك في ملف تحفظه في المكان الذي تختاره (مثل تطبيق «الملفات» أو iCloud Drive)، واستيراد ملف سبق تصديره. تُنفَّذ العملية على جهازك، وبعد تصدير الملف تخضع حمايته لإعدادات المكان الذي اخترته وسياسة مزوّده (مثل Apple). أنت مسؤول عن حفظ الملف وعن الجهات التي تشاركه معها.
6. نسخ iOS الاحتياطي
قد يشمل النسخ الاحتياطي الذي يجريه نظام iOS (مثل نسخ iCloud أو النسخ عبر الكمبيوتر) بيانات التطبيق إذا فعّلته في إعدادات جهازك. يخضع ذلك لسياسة Apple وإعداداتك، وليس لنا أي سيطرة عليه.
7. الروابط والمشاركة
قد يفتح التطبيق روابط خارجية (مثل صفحة التواصل أو هذه الصفحات)، أو يعرض قائمة المشاركة لمشاركة رابط التطبيق. لا تشمل المشاركة أي بيانات من سجلاتك. للمواقع الخارجية سياسات خصوصية خاصة بها لا نتحكم فيها.
8. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
تبقى بياناتك على جهازك حتى تحذفها. عند حذف مطية من التطبيق تُحذف بياناتها وصورها نهائيًا من الجهاز، وعند حذف التطبيق تُحذف جميع بياناته. لا نستطيع استرجاع أي بيانات محذوفة لأنها غير موجودة لدينا.
9. أمان البيانات
تُخزَّن بياناتك داخل مساحة التطبيق المحمية بحماية نظام iOS. ننصحك بضبط رمز مرور لجهازك وبتحديث نظامك، وبالاحتفاظ بنسخة احتياطية خاصة بك.
10. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال، ولا نجمع بيانات من أي شخص، ومنهم الأطفال.
11. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاها. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني قبولك له.

Privacy Policy
1. Overview
"عزبتي" (the "App") helps you record and manage information about your camels on your own device. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the App. The App is provided by Ziad Kamel ("we", "us").
In short: your data stays on your device. We do not collect it, send it to any server, sell it, or share it with anyone.
2. Data you enter in the App
You enter camel records yourself, such as name, parents' names, birth date, type, chip number, farm type, deposit details (place, holder, date), notes, and photos. This data is stored locally on your device only, inside the App's own storage. We have no access to it.
3. What we do not collect
- The App does not require an account or sign-in.
- We do not collect personal information, usage data, location data, or advertising identifiers.
- We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and no third-party libraries that collect data.
4. Photos and permissions
When you add photos, you choose them through the system photo picker, so the App only receives the photos you select and cannot see the rest of your library. The App does not use the camera, your location, or your contacts.
5. Backup and import
The App lets you export a backup of your data as a file saved in a location you choose (such as the Files app or iCloud Drive), and import a file you exported earlier. This happens on your device. Once exported, the file is protected by the settings of the place you chose and the policy of its provider (for example, Apple). You are responsible for keeping the file safe and for whom you share it with.
6. iOS device backups
If you enable iOS backups (such as iCloud Backup or backups to a computer), the App's data may be included. This is governed by Apple's policies and your settings, and we have no control over it.
7. Links and sharing
The App may open external links (such as the contact page or these pages) or show the share sheet to share a link to the App. Sharing never includes data from your records. External websites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
8. Retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device until you delete it. Deleting a camel in the App permanently removes its data and photos from your device, and deleting the App removes all of its data. We cannot recover deleted data, because we never have a copy.
9. Data security
Your data is stored inside the App's sandbox, protected by iOS. We recommend setting a passcode on your device, keeping iOS up to date, and keeping your own backup.
10. Children
The App is not directed at children, and we do not collect data from anyone, including children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept it.
