Ankh (“the App”) is developed by an independent developer (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.

  1. Photos: Photos uploaded by users for avatar generation.
  2. Device-based Identifier: A non-personal identifier generated on the device to associate data with the app installation.

2. How We Use Your Data

  1. Uploaded photos are used solely to generate AI avatars.
  2. Photos are automatically deleted after avatar generation is completed.
  3. Generated avatars are stored so users can view and manage them.

3. AI Processing

Ankh uses Google Gemini APIs to generate avatars.

  1. User data is not used to train AI models.
  2. AI processing is limited to generating requested images.

4. Payments

All purchases are handled exclusively through Apple In-App Purchases. Ankh does not collect or store payment or credit card information.

5. Analytics and Crash Reporting

The App uses analytics and crash reporting services to improve stability and performance:

  1. Firebase Analytics
  2. Firebase Crashlytics

These services collect anonymized usage and crash data.

6. Notifications

Ankh may send push notifications to inform users when avatar generation is complete. Notifications can be disabled at any time through device settings.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

  1. Users can delete generation tasks and associated avatars within the app.
  2. Deleting a task removes all related data from our servers.

8. Children’s Privacy

Ankh is suitable for users aged 4 and above. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to delete your data using the in-app deletion features.
